Yes — our bean bag chairs ship filled and ready to use unless the listing specifies "cover only." For cover-only products, you'll need filler, which we sell separately (EPS beads, memory foam, and buckwheat hulls).

Care depends on the material. Most covers are spot-clean with mild detergent and air dry. Select velvet covers and cover-only products are machine washable. Always check the Care section on the specific product page before cleaning.

Our outdoor products use waterproof or water-resistant materials designed for patios, decks, and poolside use. They're built to handle sun and rain, but we recommend storing them under cover during extended harsh weather to maximize lifespan.

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Opened filler products and custom-printed items are non-returnable. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded free of charge. See our Return Policy for details.
