Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Bean Bask purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.

Items must be unused and in original condition.
Items must include all original packaging, tags, and components.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Opened filler and refill products (EPS beads, memory foam fillers, buckwheat hulls) cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Custom-printed or personalized items are final sale unless defective.
Items showing signs of use, stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery.

Email info@beanbask.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We'll respond with return authorization and the return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot process refunds for returns lost in transit.

Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing something, email us within 7 days and we'll correct it at no cost to you.

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that haven't yet shipped. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
